Person who has someone living close to him, is his neighbour. Person who has a neighbour, has a neighbourhood too. Of course, neighbourhood does not essentially consist of humans. It includes both living and non-living components. But, a good neighbourhood is made from good air, water, living and non-living components. People who live side by side and extend hands of help to one another, makes that living part of the neighbourhood. This living part is what we want to stress on more than others.
